Sensovisc is purified high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate in phosphate-buffered saline.
Sensovisc is used to reduce osteoarthritis-related pain in the joints by supporting synovial fluid by intra-articular injection and allowing the synovial fluid to restore its viscoelastic properties.
It increases the joint mobility by reducing or eliminating the pain.
It is recommended that an ice pack be placed on the joint undergoing treatment for 5-10
minutes to prevent pain and swelling.
How to Use Sensovisc?
The area to be injected is sterilised before injection.
The luer lock cap is removed.
The sterile needle with the appropriate tip is screwed into the luer lock.
Sensovics gel is injected into the intro-articular.
